DESCRIPTION:The Swedish Chefs’ Association would like to extend a warm welcome to Nordic Congress 2025 in the beautiful archipelago on the Swedish west coast. \n\nOn May 23-25 we will host the congress at Tjörns Havspensionat located in Rönnäng on the southwestern tip of Törn. We will have fantastic days of meetings\, a packed social program with various gastronomic activities\, dinners and mingling.\n\nThe 3 nights full congress package price includes:\nFull accommodation\, all social events\, breakfast\, lunch\, dinner and a few glasses of wine or other drinks with the dinners.\nPrice per person in a double room: SEK 6\,750.\nPrice per person in a single room: SEK 7\,650.\n\nThe program in brief:\n\nThursday\, May 22\n\n 	Arrival and check-in\n 	20:00 Dinner by our local district West of Sweden.\n\nFriday\, May 23\n\n 	09:00 “The history of the herring” with Morgan Bråse.\n 	10:00 Visit to Sillebua with tasting of herring.\n 	13:00 Boat trip and lunch in the beautiful archipelago with M/S Drott.\n 	17:00 Dinner at the restaurant Trålverket located on Dyrön. Saturday\, May 24\n 	09:00 Congress with lunch.\n 	15:30 Segers shows their collection of work clothes. 16:30 Sundqvist invites you to a wine tasting with Riedel glass and\n 	Skånemejerier presents a cheese tasting.\n 	19:00 Congress gala dinner.\n\nSunday\, May 25\nBreakfast and departure.\n\nTravel information:\nBy air: fly to Landvetter/Gothenburg airport\, car or bus journey for about 1 hour.\nBy train: train to Gothenburg central station\, car or bus journey for about 1 hour.\n\nThe booking procedure will be sent to you in January 2025.\n\nWe hope to see you in Sweden at the Nordic Congress in May 2025\, welcome!
