NORDIC CONGRESS 2025

The Swedish Chefs’ Association would like to extend a warm welcome to Nordic Congress 2025 in the beautiful archipelago on the Swedish west coast.

On May 23-25 we will host the congress at Tjörns Havspensionat located in Rönnäng on the southwestern tip of Törn. We will have fantastic days of meetings, a packed social program with various gastronomic activities, dinners and mingling.

The 3 nights full congress package price includes:
Full accommodation, all social events, breakfast, lunch, dinner and a few glasses of wine or other drinks with the dinners.
Price per person in a double room: SEK 6,750.
Price per person in a single room: SEK 7,650.

The program in brief:

Thursday, May 22

• Arrival and check-in
• 20:00 Dinner by our local district West of Sweden.

Friday, May 23

• 09:00 “The history of the herring” with Morgan Bråse.
• 10:00 Visit to Sillebua with tasting of herring.
• 13:00 Boat trip and lunch in the beautiful archipelago with M/S Drott.
• 17:00 Dinner at the restaurant Trålverket located on Dyrön. Saturday, May 24
• 09:00 Congress with lunch.
• 15:30 Segers shows their collection of work clothes. 16:30 Sundqvist invites you to a wine tasting with Riedel glass and
• Skånemejerier presents a cheese tasting.
• 19:00 Congress gala dinner.

Sunday, May 25
Breakfast and departure.

Travel information:
By air: fly to Landvetter/Gothenburg airport, car or bus journey for about 1 hour.
By train: train to Gothenburg central station, car or bus journey for about 1 hour.
